  • 1 red onion
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 12 oz chicken sausage (Italian flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • pinch of black pepper

Instructions
