  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • Juice from ½ lemon
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
