Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 scallion (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, crushed garlic, Sriracha, and ginger. Mix until well combined.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a large bowl and pour half of the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the chicken cooks, reduce the remaining marinade in a small pot over medium-low heat until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
  6. Drizzle reduced sauce over cooked chicken and garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
