  • 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with four shallow dishes: pour milk in the first dish; combine flour and seasonings in the second; add ranch dressing in the third; mix panko with dry ranch dressing in the fourth.
  3. Dip each mushroom cap into the milk, then flour mixture, followed by ranch dressing, and finally press into the panko mixture.
  4. Place breaded mushrooms in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with cooking spray, and air-fry for about 7 minutes until golden brown.
