  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 14 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 can water chestnuts (finely chopped)
  • Cashews and green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and dry the butter lettuce leaves.
  2. In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned (about 7 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  3. Add chopped red bell pepper and water chestnuts; sauté for about 3 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in coconut aminos, rice vinegar, crushed red peppers, and ground ginger. Cook for another 3 minutes to blend flavors.
