  • 4 salmon fillets (56 ounces each)
  • 1 round of Boursin cheese (5.2 oz)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix Boursin cheese, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Pat salmon dry; drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Place salmon in the baking dish; cover each fillet with the Boursin mixture.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily at an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
