  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts, chopped
  • 3/4 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and mashed bananas.
  3. Pour filling over the crust and sprinkle peanuts on top. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes or until set.
  4. Cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
