Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs beef chunks (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 3 tablespoons butter (for steak)
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 (20 oz) pack cheese-filled tortellini
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions (7-9 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add crushed garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add steak chunks in a single layer, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove steak but leave the garlic butter in the pan.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer while stirring frequently. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired.
  4. Fold cooked tortellini into the Alfredo sauce, allowing it to coat evenly before serving.
  5. Plate the creamy tortellini topped with steak chunks; drizzle any remaining garlic butter sauce over the top.
