  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced dill pickles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves on the baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until just mixed.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Form the beef mixture into small patties (about 2 inches wide) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard for the sauce.
  5. Spread the sauce on each bun half, then layer with cheddar cheese, cooked patties, and dill pickles before placing the top buns on.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and buns are toasted. Serve warm.
