  • 20 ounces frozen diced hash browns
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 yellow onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Add chopped onion and sauté until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage, onions, thawed hash browns, eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well mixed. Pour into the prepared casserole dish and reserve some cheese for topping.
