  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices of bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • Mayonnaise for spreading
  • Dijon mustard for spreading
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
