  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 3 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • Tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Sliced avocado

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and chopped cilantro. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for about 10 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix shredded cabbage with chopped cilantro. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt with lime juice until smooth. Pour this dressing over the cabbage and toss to coat.
