  • 3 loaves frozen bread dough (Rhodes Bake – N – Serve)
  • ¾ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen loaves on a tray at room temperature for 3-4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease three 9-inch bread pans with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cut deep slits into each thawed loaf and coat generously with melted butter.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon; roll each loaf in this mixture and stuff the cuts with more cinnamon sugar.
  5. Allow the loaves to rise until doubled in size (about one hour), then bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While baking, whisk together icing ingredients until smooth, adjusting milk for desired consistency.
  7. Drizzle icing over warm bread before serving.
