  • 5 tablespoons milk for the glaze
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for the glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter until well combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened butter with brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until creamy. Drop spoonfuls over the batter.
  4. Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter gently.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
