  • 3/4 cup uncooked white jasmine rice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 pound uncooked chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Instructions

  1. In a soup pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté celery, carrots, and onion for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  2. Stir in garlic and flour; cook for an additional minute.
  3. Gradually pour in chicken broth while stirring, scraping up any browned bits.
