  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Italian seasoning

  • Ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing the onion and celery, slicing the potatoes, and chopping the chicken.
  2. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add chicken pieces seasoned with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.

  5. Pour in cream of chicken soup, whole milk, and ranch seasoning; stir until well combined.
  6. Simmer: Stove Top for 30 minutes; Crock Pot on low for 6 hours; Instant Pot on high for 15 minutes.
  7. Just before serving, mix in sour cream until smooth.
