  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped, plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing the onion, mincing the garlic, chopping the sun-dried tomatoes, and rinsing the butter beans.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
