  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • Cooking oil – to spray the basket and fillets
  • Sliced lemon (for garnish)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (199°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, Italian breadcrumbs, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Dip each cod fillet into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
