  1. Bloom the gelatin by mixing it with 1/4 cup of cold water in a small bowl; let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, warm the remaining liquid (1 cup of water or herbal tea). Stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Add 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice or ACV and your preferred sweetener. Mix well and include optional salt and baking soda if desired.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a dish.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm, then pop out the gummies and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
