  • 2 Tbsp Butter (divided)
  • 2 Tbsp Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt (divided)
  • 2 strips Cooked Bacon (divided)
  • 1 Green Onion or Chives (minced, divided)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese (divided)

Instructions

  1. Wash the Russet potatoes under cold water, then poke holes in them with a fork. Rub with oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the prepared potatoes in a preheated air fryer at 380°F for about 40 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
