  • ¼ cup ghee or butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes, cubed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 ¼ lb sirloin steak, cubed

Instructions
