  • 2 lbs chicken tenders, thighs, or breast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • Spices: red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook skewers in a single layer for about 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
