  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1216 gyoza or dumplings (fresh or frozen)
  • Green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the broth and bring to a simmer. Add soy sauce and chili flakes if desired.
  3. Add gyoza to the simmering broth and cook for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
  4. If using, add bok choy or spinach and cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until wilted.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot garnished with green onions and cilantro.
