  • 8 ounces high-protein noodles (whole wheat, edamame, or chickpea)
  • 1 red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot (julienned)
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • optional sriracha or red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping vegetables and setting aside.
  2. Cook high-protein noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink (2-3 minutes); remove from skillet.
