  • 1 & 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until light and fluffy.

  4. Using a cookie scooper, scoop out eight cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Gently flatten each ball to about 1 inch thick.
