  • 1 cup diced jalapeño peppers (seeds removed)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika (if using), salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Create pockets in each chicken breast using a sharp knife and stuff them with the jalapeño filling.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
