  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 large Low-Carb Tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 2 tsp Taco Seasoning
  • Fresh toppings: Lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine butter, cream cheese, and heavy whipping cream; blend until smooth. Heat in a saucepan and stir in shredded cheddar until melted.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked; drain fat and mix in taco seasoning.
