2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 medium yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Spices: paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown; remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
Return chicken and spaghetti to the skillet; toss to coat with sauce.
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover until melted (2-3 minutes).
