  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Spices: paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and season chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Return chicken and spaghetti to the skillet; toss to coat with sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover until melted (2-3 minutes).
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
