  • 600 g whole Oreo cookies
  • 170 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 500 g heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 150 g condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9" square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies using a food processor or Ziploc bag until fine crumbs form.
  3. Combine crushed Oreos with melted butter; press half into the bottom of the prepared pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in condensed milk and reserved Oreo crumbs.
  5. Pour ice cream mixture over the crust and smooth out; freeze for another hour.
  6. Top with remaining Oreo crust mixture and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight before slicing.
