  • 4 g active dry yeast
  • 10 mL sunflower oil
  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • Extra flour for shaping
  • Additional sunflower oil for greasing

  3. Knead the dough for 3-4 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough, knead again for 5 minutes, and divide into 12 equal pieces.
  6. Shape each piece into a ball and flatten slightly.
  7. Roll out into oval shapes, brush with oil, fold, and place on parchment paper.
  8. Allow to rest for another 20 minutes before steaming.
  9. Steam the buns for 10 minutes and let them rest for an additional 5 minutes.
