  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 medium onion
  • Spices: cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine chipotle peppers, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Place chicken in a bowl or zip-top bag; pour marinade over it. Marinate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
