  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips
  • Granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, combine butter, cream cheese, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and white chocolate chips until melted. Optionally add food coloring.
  3. Pour onto a greased baking sheet and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into small balls; coat each ball in granulated sugar.
  5. Decorate with chocolate chips as stems using a toothpick.
