  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 ounces (3 blocks) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberry sauce by cooking strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until soft. Mash into a puree and thicken with a cornstarch slurry.
  2. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter; bake for about 10 minutes.
