  • 1 family-sized package of Oreos
  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 8-ounce blocks of cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 3.4-ounce packages instant vanilla pudding POWDER ONLY
  • 2½ cups whole milk
  • ½ cup prepared caramel sauce
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup prepared caramel sauce (for topping)
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo crust by grinding Oreos into crumbs and mixing with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a stand mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add pudding powder and mix well before slowly incorporating milk and caramel sauce.
  3. Spread the cream filling over the crust evenly.
  4. Layer reserved cookie crumbs on top, drizzling half of the caramel and hot fudge sauces along with half of the pecans.
  5. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form; spread atop dessert layers.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with remaining toppings.
