  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 12 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blend the cottage cheese, egg whites, gluten-free flour, garlic powder, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into an even oval or circle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–22 minutes until set and golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven, spread marinara sauce on top, sprinkle with mozzarella, and add turkey pepperoni.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
