  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 16 ounces breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 ounces Colby jack cheese (slices)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the breakfast sausage until browned. Remove from heat and drain if necessary.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk together eggs seasoned with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and scramble over low heat until just set.
