  • 1 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Grease the slow cooker with nonstick spray and add sliced sirloin.
  2. Season the beef with salt, dillweed, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until evenly coated.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and 1 cup of beef broth along with Worcestershire sauce; cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours or low for 5 to 7 hours.
  4. Mix cornstarch with remaining broth to create a slurry; pour into the slow cooker and cook for an additional 20 minutes on high.
  5. Stir in Greek yogurt until well combined; cook for another 10 minutes on high.
  6. While stroganoff finishes cooking, prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Serve stroganoff over noodles or separately in bowls, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
